INGREDIENTS
- 2 (14.75) ounce cans salmon
- 1 cup mixed color bell peppers, chopped (green, red and yellow)
- 1/2 medium yellow onion, chopped
- 1 shallot
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup mashed potatoes
- 2 tbsp Pams Prep All-Purpose Seasoning
- 2 tbsp pickled jalapeno liquid
- 1/2 cup yellow corn meal
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1 tbsp Pams Pre All-Purpose Seasoning
- green onions for garnish (optional)
