Plastic Grocery Bag Dispenser

MATERIALS:

• (1) 19" x 22" piece of cotton fabric
• (2) 10" lengths elastic (I'm using 3/4" wide)
• A small section of bias tape or ribbon for hanging loop
• Sewing machine & Iron + sewing tools like scissors, ruler, pins

Here is another variation that uses 9 strips of fabric.  A little more involved than the first one but barely.

Last, one more variation.  This one is similar to the first one but uses the same cloth to make its handle instead of ribbon.
