Mouth watering Southern style baked Mac & Cheese.
INGREDIENTS
- 64 oz water (or fill the pot halfway with water)
- 4 tbs chicken bouillon powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 1/ cup sour cream (divided)
- 32 oz half n half
- About two bags of cheddar cheese (should need 8-10 cups. A mix of medium and sharp cheddar is good)
- 2 eggs
- 1 stick of butter (cut into pieces. Plus more to grease the pan)
SEASONINGS
- 2 tbs garlic powder
- 2 tbs onion powder
- 1 tbs paprika
- 1tsp black pepper
- 3 tbs salt (Or you can use a really good seasoning salt)
