No Roll Pie Crust

INGREDIENTS

• 1 1/4 Cup Flour
• 2 Tbs Sugar
• Dash of Salt
• 2 Tbs Milk
• 1/2 Cup Oil

DIRECTIONS

1. Mix it all together in a greased pie dish, pat it down in the dish and poke it with a fork.
2. Bake it for 10 minutes at 425° 

From there you can use the pie crust for an "open faced" pie.  Meaning there is no crust on the top layer.  Here is an easy strawberry pie!

INGREDIENTS

• Strawberries
• Crust
• 6 ounce pack strawberry Jell-O
• 6 tablespoons cornstarch
• 2 cups cold water
• 2 cups sugar
• 1 tub Cool Whip

How To Make An Easy Strawberry Pie!

Of course you could make it even easier and just buy canned strawberries from the baking aisle in your favorite grocery store.  They've already done the work.  Which means the only thing you've done is make the crust.  Couldn't be simpler!

What you need for the speedy way is...

• 2 cans strawberries
• 1 tub Cool Whip
• 8-10 strawberries (tops cut off) for decorating the top.
