An easy and quick way to make air fryer bread that is super soft and fluffy.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 Cups of All Purpose Flour
- 1 tsp Active Dry Yeast
- 1 Cup Water (room temp)
- 1/4 tsp salt
Additional
- 1/2 tsp Cooking oil (for the bowl)
- Melted butter or oil (for the baking pan)
- 7" round Baking pan
DIRECTIONS
- Mix well the flour, yeast, salt and water together.
- Rub some oil around the sides of the bowl so the dough comes out easier.
- Cover and seal with plastic wrap. Then throw on a kitchen towel.
- Let it sit and rest for about 1 hour and 45 minutes until about double the size. This works better if it's a little warm in the house.
- Brush some melted butter or oil on the bottom of the baking pan.
- Transfer the dough to the baking pan.
- Sprinkle some flour on the top and gently spread.
- Put the baking pan into the air fryer and let it rest for another 30 minutes until it almost doubles in size again.
- IF you would like this is where you'll sprinkle it with some sesame seeds or a touch of salt.
- Air fry at 380F for 25-30 mins.
- Take it out and let it cool for about 10 minutes.
