No Knead Easy Air Fryer Bread
An easy and quick way to make air fryer bread that is super soft and fluffy.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Cups of All Purpose Flour
  • 1 tsp Active Dry Yeast
  • 1 Cup Water (room temp)
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Additional

  • 1/2 tsp Cooking oil (for the bowl)
  • Melted butter or oil (for the baking pan)
  • 7" round Baking pan

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix well the flour, yeast, salt and water together. 
  2. Rub some oil around the sides of the bowl so the dough comes out easier.
  3. Cover and seal with plastic wrap.  Then throw on a kitchen towel.
  4. Let it sit and rest for about 1 hour and 45 minutes until about double the size. This works better if it's a little warm in the house.
  5. Brush some melted butter or oil on the bottom of the baking pan.
  6. Transfer the dough to the baking pan.
  7. Sprinkle some flour on the top and gently spread.
  8. Put the baking pan into the air fryer and let it rest for another 30 minutes until it almost doubles in size again.
  9. IF you would like this is where you'll sprinkle it with some sesame seeds or a touch of salt.
  10. Air fry at 380F for 25-30 mins.
  11. Take it out and let it cool for about 10 minutes.
