These pizza's could not be easier and taken less than 2 minutes. Single servings that'll make your belly happy.
We have two different methods. Whether flat or mug style.
A little tip for topping. Diced veggies, mini pepperoni, diced pepperoni or the pre-cooked sausage crumbles.
FLAT STYLE INGREDIENTS
- 50g (1/3 cup) Self Raising Flour ( Check below for substitutes)
- 30g (2 tbsp) Milk ( Depending on your flour you may need an additional 1/2 tsp of milk)
Roll out dough to 12-13cm(5 inches). It will be thin, but in the microwave it puffs up because of the self raising flour.
- 1 tbsp seasoned Sauce
- 2 tbsp of shredded Cheese ( You can add a little more if u like)
Self raising flour substitutes:
- 50g (1/3 cup) all purpose flour + 1/2 tsp baking powder + pinch of salt

MUG STYLE INGREDIENTS
- 4 Tbsp All-purpose Flour
- 1/8 Tsp Baking Powder
- 1/16 Tsp Baking Soda
- 1 Pinch Salt
- 3 Tablespoons Milk
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Pizza Sauce
- 2 Tbsp Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- Little Red Chili Pepper (Topping)
- Little Black Olive (Topping)
- 1/4 Tsp Dried Oregano
