INGREDIENTS
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp Italian seasoning (optional)
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 3 tbsps Dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 large sweet potato
- 2 carrots
- 1 tbsp olive oil
