This recipe transforms a humble can of corn into an addictive treat that the whole family will love. Sort of like a corn pancake.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 can sweet whole corn
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup All Purpose Flour (or any flour substitue)
  • 1 tablespoon All-Purpose Seasoning (or whatever seasonings you wish)
  • 2 tablespooon Macadamia Nut Oil or Olive Oil

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a bowl whisk together the egg and liquid from the corn.
  2. Add into that your seasonings and whisk.
  3. Add in your corn and flower.
  4. Whisk until combined.
  5. In a frying pan add in your oil and cook them like a pancake.
  6. You're done!  Eat them as they are or dip them in a sauce.
