This recipe transforms a humble can of corn into an addictive treat that the whole family will love. Sort of like a corn pancake.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 can sweet whole corn
- 1 egg
- 1 cup All Purpose Flour (or any flour substitue)
- 1 tablespoon All-Purpose Seasoning (or whatever seasonings you wish)
- 2 tablespooon Macadamia Nut Oil or Olive Oil
DIRECTIONS
- In a bowl whisk together the egg and liquid from the corn.
- Add into that your seasonings and whisk.
- Add in your corn and flower.
- Whisk until combined.
- In a frying pan add in your oil and cook them like a pancake.
- You're done! Eat them as they are or dip them in a sauce.
