This really could not be simpler. A traditional Argentinian dish. Often served with french fries but in some families mashed potatoes. It was born in Buenos Aires in the 1940s in the kitchens of a small restaurant called Nápoli. Traditionally done with beef (fried steak) but often chicken is substituted as is with many dishes.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 bunch of chopped parsley
- 3 eggs
- Salt and pepper
- Beef or Chicken
DIRECTIONS
- Cut the meat into thin slices, beat to tenderize.
- Pass them through flour, then through the marinade and breadcrumbs.
- Fry over medium heat, until golden brown.
- Place on a baking sheet, place tomato sauce, cream cheese or mozzarella, and grated cheese on top.
- Take to the oven to melt the cheese.
- Serve with french fries.
