INGREDIENTS
- 3 medium to large cucumbers
- 6 to 7 cups cold water
- 1/3 cup to 1/2 cup sugar (or to taste)
- The juice of 1 medium lime or lemon
- Serve cold over ice
- Tajin *optional for the rim
- 8-10 Mint Leaves *optional to taste for that extra flavor (throw in the blender with the rest)
