How To Make Authentic Puerto Rican Coquito
Now...there is always a debate of whether authentic Coquito has eggs or no eggs. Well, it depends on which part of the island you come from. There are recipes all over the island that do or do not use them.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cans evaporated milk
  • 1 can cream of coconut
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup of white or brown sugar your choice
  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract (looked more like a full teaspoon to me
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 cans coconut milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon powdered cinnamon
  • 1/2 liter of bacardi rum (he used pitorro instead) that's 2/3 of the 750 ml bottle
