Nattō, spelled as natto in standard English language use, is a traditional Japanese food made from whole soybeans that have been fermented with Bacillus subtilis var. natto. It is often served as a breakfast food, and often with rice.
Now here we are going to take a shortcut and use the Instant Pot way of cooking Natto. What you will need:
- Soybeans
- Natto
Now are you interested in seeing how it would be cooked "manually"? A pressure cooker is still used but a more traditional type. If not used right they can explode. So I wouldn't suggest it. I have one.
