How to make fiery noodles that's better than take-out? It could not be any simpler!
INGREDIENTS
- 5 cloves garlic
- 1 green onion
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce (sub: 1 tsp soy sauce+ 1 tsp sugar)
- 1/4 cup water
- 3 tbsp red chilli flakes
- 5oz noodles (preferably thin egg noodles)
- Toasted sesame seeds
TIPS
- Thin, egg noodles taste the best but you can switch it up with other noodles too
- Add or reduce chilli flakes to change the spice level
- Pairs brilliantly with some seared shrimp
