INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 Chinese cabbage
- 3-4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp grated garlic
- 2 tbsp miso
- 4 umeboshi (sour plum)
- 2-3 tbsp Korean chili pepper
