The easiest garlic bread you'll ever make. One of those super easy no yeast, no kneading, and no machine recipes.
INGREDIENTS
Bread
- 1 tablespoon soften butter
- 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 2 large eggs
- 1-2 teaspoons garlic paste
Topping
- 1 tablespoon each thyme, oregano, parsley
- 2 tablespoons Macadamia nut oil (Strength Genesis Macadamia Nut Oil)
- 12 slices cheddar cheese
DIRECTIONS
Pre-heat the oven to 400F
Bread
- Mix the dry ingredients together
- Mix the wet ingredients together
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients
- Put into pre-greased or parchment lined pan
Topping
- Mix the oil and herbs in a bowl
- Using a spoon spread over the bread all around
- Make swirls using a knife
- Fill in the slits with cheese all around the top
BAKING
- Put into oven for 30 minutes.
- Reduce temp to 375F and cover with foil for another 30 minutes or until skewer comes out clean.
- When the skewer comes out clean you can pull it out of the oven. If you used parchment paper you can now pull it out of the pan and let it rest a few minutes before slicing.
