Apple Pie in a Jar

Crust

• 3 cups all-purpose flour
• 5 tbsps sugar
• 1.5 sticks unsalted butter
• 1/3 stick baking Crisco
• 1 tsp salt
• 12 tbsps ice cold water

Filling

• 6-8 apples, peeled, cored, and diced
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1/2 cup granulated sugar (we used 1 cup in the video, Pegi thought it was too sweet)
• 1 tbsp vanilla flavor
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• 1/4 cup all purpose flour
