I remember being in middle school with no friends and always alone, I discovered this band and it revealed to me the presence of God,through all the hard times I knew I wasn't alone. You guys helped me through so many hard times in my life! My relationship with God has not stopped growing! Thank you keep it up!

Seriously, I'm so glad that I found My Epic. Their music is inspiring, thought-provoking, and all-around incredible. Broken Voice just might be one of favorite albums of all time, it's just that good.

Out of everything in my library I don't have anything that may be considered as religious music, however the instrumental pieces are haunting, uplifting, crisp, and something familiar yet so distant. I was compelled to begin writing this review after the finish of the track Lazarus. Other artists that I have that are similar would have to be Fleet Foxes, Sumner Mckane, and The Civil Wars just to be short with comparisons.
I have listened to their earlier album that was a bit heavier and just to make this observation. More emotion and a stronger sense of craftsmanship has developed enveloping me within their atmosphere. Great job.

While I miss the heaviness these guys used to have, this album is lyrically the best I've heard in my 19 years on this earth. Just wish these guys were more known.

Like everyone has said its not like their last two cds but it is still 100% My Epic. You can hear how they are progressing as a band, not only in their musicality but also thier lyricals. They are so real and hit where it matters! I saw them last year at Facedown Fest and as they said they are the "ugly duckling" of Facedown Records but they are such a great addittion to the label! And this album is a great addittion to their collection. Give them a listen YOU WILL LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!
