Somehow, My Epic redefines themselves with every release, yet at the same time, they create their best work to date. Violence is no exception. Building from Ultraviolet, Violence addresses some very deep issues, while staying true to their core beliefs. Awesome work from some awesome dudes. Never disappointing.

Incredibly intense. Each song is heavy, unique, intricate, and deeply meaningful. The meaning behind each song does address some aspect of violence in our world, from confrontations, to war, to losing a child. This EP is a refreshing wake up and reminder of the violence around us that we’ve become so desensitized to and that if we ignore it, it will likely consume us. Listen to the music and feel the raw emotion or “Violence” of each track.
My Epic has by far been one of my favorite bands for a long time. They continue to produce something substantial and real in a world of self-indulgence, hate, and escapism.
Wow.

Just listened to this last night when it was released. Probably My Epic’s best and most ambitious (not to mention heaviest) project to date. Keep making amazing music for God’s Kingdom gentlemen!
