Cabbage Soup
The cabbage soup diet can help you lose up to 10 pounds in just one week. Try this delicious eating plan to reduce your belly fat fast.

There are MANY potential ingredients to a Cabbage Soup.  Here are two possibilities.

INGREDIENTS LIST OPTION 1

  • 1/2 Green Cabbage or 1 medium cabbage chopped 
  • 1 Cup Carrots chopped
  • 1 Cup Celery chopped 
  • 1 Cup Yellow Oinon chopped
  • 1 Large Green Bell Pepper or 2 medium green peppers chopped
  • 2 tbsp minced garlic
  • 48 oz chicken broth
  • 14 oz can diced tomatoes (I used basil, oregano flavor)
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 shakes ground black pepper 
  • 1 tsp chilli powder 
  • 1 tsp ground oregano 
  • 1 tsp basil leaves
  • 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 tsp smoked Paprika 
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric power

INGREDIENTS LIST OPTION 2

  • 1 head of cabbage
  • 2 large onions
  • 2 green peppers
  • 3 carrots
  • 1 large tomato
  • 1 bunch of celery
  • 3-4 mushrooms
  • 4-5 garlic cloves
  • 5-6 cups water or vegetable broth
  • Coriander leaves and a pinch of black and white pepper for garnishing

DIRECTIONS

  1. Chop all the vegetables into cubes or small pieces.
  2. Boil the broth in a large soup container.
  3. Add all the ingredients to the container and stir well.
  4. Cover and bring to boil, then reduce to medium heat. Let the soup simmer for about 15-20 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
  5. Season the cabbage soup with salt, coriander leaves, peppers etc.
  6. Serve hot.

While on this diet, it is recommended to consume as much cabbage soup as you want, at least for several meals. Purportedly, the more soup you have, the more weight you lose.

POSSIBLE DAILY WEIGHT LOSS PLAN FOR 1 WEEK

  • Breakfast  - Fruit (Grapes, Watermelon, Pineapples)
  • Lunch - Cabbage Soup / Fruit
  • Dinner - Cabbage Soup / Fruit
  • Snacks - Any fruit but bananas (Frozen red grapes are my favorite) 
  • Water - 1 gallon a day. (I mix a little Apple cider vinegar Into It as well) 

Don't forget to get in that daily exercise.  Just 30 minutes a day.  Some kind of cardio.  Whether it is jogging, biking, HIIT, etc...  Get that heart rate up.  The diet and exercise will help you jumpstart your new fitness goals.

It's only for a week.  You can do it!
