The Easter Bunny Is Comin' to Town (1977)
The Easter Bunny Is Comin' to Town is a 1977 stop-motion animated TV special produced by Rankin/Bass Productions. A follow-up to Santa Claus Is Comin’ to Town (1970), it features Fred Astaire as the narrator, S.D. Kluger.

The story follows Sunny the Bunny, an orphan rabbit raised in Kidville, who sets out to bring joy to a neighboring town ruled by the young King Bruce. Along the way, he establishes Easter traditions like egg rolling, chocolate bunnies, and decorated eggs, despite the interference of the king’s strict aunt, Lily Longtooth.

With catchy songs and the signature "Animagic" style of Rankin/Bass, the special has remained a nostalgic Easter favorite. Though not as famous as the studio’s Christmas classics, it continues to be enjoyed through home media and seasonal broadcasts.

If you're old enough to remember it you will recognize similarities to "Santa Claus Is Comin' To Town" from 1970.  Same narrator...Fred Astaire.
