Jig Time

Today, for Women’s History Month, we’re highlighting this heavily inspirational dancer. Here, we can see Cora performing “Jig Time” with the Noble Sissle Orchestra, unapologetically going in!

We say inspirational dancer, because as most of us are aware, dancers and performers period, especially women, are not always celebrated for outheir natural bodies. Seeing Cora LaRedd in this clip has helped many women feel inspired and free to be who they are, and we believe that’s a beautiful thing.
