A new way to eat hard boiled eggs. Quick, easy and effortless.
INGREDIENTS
- 5 hard boiled eggs
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tbsp red bell pepper (minced)
- 1 tbsp cornstarch slurry (1 tbsp cornstarch + 1 tbsp water)
- 1/4 tsp. ground pepper
Sauce:
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp chili-garlic sauce
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
TIP: If you're not careful the eggs can explode. Steam is getting trapped inside. To avoid this you can score the eggs and pierce the middle.
