This recipe can be made in the oven but it was such a beautiful day and I had just recieved my side shelf from BBQ Dragon I choose to use the grill. The grill adds an extra layer of goodness to you Shrimp Boil by adding that grill flavor via the smoke.
INGREDIENTS
- 6 - 8 Red Potatoes
- 2 lbs XL Shrimp
- 2 oz. - Smoked Sausage
- Corn on the Cob
- Smoked Paprika
- 2 TBSP Minced Garlic
- 8 TBSP Butter (Melted)
- J.O. Seasoning (you favorite Shrimp/Cajun seasoning), Old Bay, Sweet Smokie Joe Creole Kick
- Lemons for garnish
- 2 - 3 Green Oninons
COOKING:
Oven Temp - 350* F
Time - 30 min
Grill Temp - 350* F
Time - 30 min
