Boozy pudding is the best kind of pudding.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 (3-oz) box vanilla pudding
- 2/3 cup milk
- 3/4 cup vodka
- 1 (8-oz) tub Cool Whip
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce, plus more for garnish
- 1 tbsp. Flaky sea salt
DIRECTIONS
- In a large mixing bowl, combine pudding mix, milk, and vodka. Refrigerate until set, about 5 minutes.
- Fold in ½ cup Cool Whip and the caramel sauce into the mixture. Top with a dollop of whipped cream and a drizzle of caramel sauce and serve.
You can either use shot glasses and immediately serve or put in mini cups with covers and refrigerate until needed. If you're going to make them ahead of time you won't want to put the whipped cream or drizzle on top until it's time.
