Simple and quick. You just need a few ingredients from the grocery store. The rest is likely already in your kitchen. Use on crackers or as a sandwich.

  • 1 pound of rotisserie chicken (whole chicken or pulled chicken package)
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 5 green onions
  • 4 hard boiled eggs
  • 2 tsp of Creole Mustard
  • 2 tsp of Yellow Mustard
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp sugar for sweetness or omit
  • 2 heaping tbsps of Mayo

  1. Dice up your celery and green onions
  2. Break apart your rotisserie chicken.
  3. Mash up the eggs.
  4. Just mix all of your ingredients together.

  • If its too dry, add more mayo.
  • Equal parts of Creole and Yellow Mustard.
  • A lof grocery stores sell everything already done as well.  Such as the chicken already broken up.  The celery and green onion already diced up and in containers.  You can also buy "fresh" dill already chopped up finely.
