Easy Pizza Crust Ingredients
- 1 2/3 cups bread flour
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon Pam's All-Purpose Prep Seasoning or seasoning of your choice
- 3 teaspoons Olive oil plus more for around the edge
- 3/4 cup cold water
This dough is enough to make one large pizza.
DIRECTIONS
- Pre-heat oven to 480 degrees.
- Make your pizza dough.
- Roll out pizza dough and place onto the pan you will be cooking on.
- Mix your oil with some seasoning and brush the edge.
- Put on the sauce, cheese and toppings. Whatever order you prefer.
- Sprinkle on some additional seasoning if you wish.
- Cook for about 10 minutes.
