One Pot Oven Baked Chicken And Rice
This 2-step process doesn't get any easier. You use one pot and in 45 to 50 minutes you are ready to eat. The flavor from the chicken gives the rice a remarkable taste. Definitely, a great meal for the family.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 to 4 pounds Chicken Thighs
  • 4 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Oregano Leaves
  • 1 Onion Diced
  • 4 Garlic Cloves Chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Salt 
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Thyme
  • 1 1/2 cup Rice
  • 1 1/2 cup Broth

DIRECTIONS

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350.
  2. Prepare as directed on stovetop.
  3. Cook in oven 30 minutes.
  4. Pull out to check.  Give a little movement/stir.  Test the temp of the chicken.  (shooting for 165)
  5. Place back in oven and cook another 15-20 minutes.
  6. Remove and enjoy.
