On April 15, 2019, the Notre Dame Cathedral in Paris was consumed by a terrible fire. A dark day that will quickly give way to the creative fire of architects, to rebuild this iconic monument of the city of light. Started almost the day after the tragedy, the reconstruction is still going on and should end in 2024, the year when Paris will also host the Olympic Games.
In this video, we will retrace together the different stages of this titanic construction site and we will see where the work is and if it has any chance to be finished for 2024. We will also see that this year is synonymous with renewal for the surroundings of Notre-Dame Cathedral since a new development program is to be implemented to green the square and the back of Notre-Dame by 2027.
