No Bake Oreo Cheesecake
This simple No Bake Oreo Recipe is so easy to make that you'll be making this maybe twice a week.

INGREDIENTS

  • 24 ea. Oreo Cookies
  • 1 cp. Cream Cheese softened
  • 2 cp. Whipping Cream
  • 6 tbs. Confectioner's Sugar (powdered)
  • 4 tbsp. Salted Butter melted
  • 1/2 tsp. Vanilla Extract

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Begin by crushing half (12) of the Oreos into bite-sized pieces. Add the melted butter and blend well until a wet sand-like consistency is reached.
     
  2. Press the wet crumb mixture into the springform pan and press down evenly. Set aside for later assembly.
  3.  In a large bowl (with a manual whisk or an electric handheld mixer), beat whipping cream until it doubles in size. Ensure the cream is thick enough to form peaks with a spatula. Set in the fridge to chill and proceed to the next step.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Fold the cream cheese mixture into the whipped cream mixture from step 3 and blend well. Break apart the remaining cookies into bite-sized pieces, leaving a few larger chunks to arrange as garnish. Mix the bite-sized pieces into the now combined cream mixture as well.
  5. Carefully spread the cream mixture over the crust in the springform pan. Arrange the cookie chunks over the top of the cheesecake as desired. Set the cheesecake into the fridge to set for a minimum of 12 hours (preferably 24 hours). Serve chilled and Enjoy!

TIPS:

You can use a baking dish or a spring form pan.
