Scrumptious low carb peanut butter cup bars using all-natural, sugar-free ingredients.
INGREDIENTS
Peanut Butter Base
- 2 cups peanut butter powder
- 3/4 cup natural peanut butter, heated up
- 1.5 sticks melted butter
- 3/4 cup powdered Sweetener
- 1 t REAL vanilla extract
- Heaping 1/4 t salt:
Chocolate Topping
- 1 bar (4 oz ounces sugar-free dark chocolate ) Lily's Baking Bar or 1/2 cup Sugar-free Chocolate Chips
- 1.5 T Butter
- 1.5T Coconut Oil
DIRECTIONS
- Combine melted butter and heated peanut butter in a bowl and stir until well combined. It should be soupy. Add sweetener, vanilla, and salt and mix well. Stir in peanut flour until mixture is like a dough.
- Press the mixture into a glass container or pan.
- For the chocolate topping: Add the chocolate , coconut oil, & butter to a pan over medium low heat. Stir until melted and well combined and pourable, then pour on top of the peanut mixture. Put in fridge for at least 2 hours, or more. Remove, cut, and enjoy! Store in glass containers in fridge until they're all gone.
