Adobo is a seasoning you will find in Puerto Rican kitchens. Adobo can be used in every Puerto Rican dish. It is also very versitile and can be used in just about anything you desire. It really adds such a nice flavor to dishes that you cannot get enough of! This homemade Adobo can be stored in an airtight mason jar for up to 6 months.


  • 1/4 Cup Kosher Salt
  • 1.5 tbsp Of Dried Organic Oregano
  • 1 tsp of Organic Cumin Powder
  • 1 tbsp of Organic Onion Powder
  • 2 tbsp Of Organic Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Of Organic Turmeric Powder
  • 2 tsp Of Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 Organic Bay Leaf
