• 2 tbsp of Haitian epis
• 1 tbsp of black pepper
• 1 tbsp garlic powder 
• 1 tbsp of cayenne pepper
• 1/2 of maggie
• 2 tbsp of  adobo seasonning
• 1/2 packet of sazon (yoga brand)
• thyme 
• Green and red bell pepper chopped
• red onion chopped
• 1 clove of garlic chopped
• 1/2 of scotch bonnet pepper
• 1 tbsp of brown sugar
• 1 tbsp of lime juice
