This no-fuss one-pot wonder warms the soul. This hearty ground beef and cabbage stew is comfort food at its finest – just toss everything into the pot, let it simmer, and you've got a rich, delicious meal that tastes like home.
INGREDIENTS
- 1.5 Lbs 85/15 Ground Beef
- 1/2 Med/large Cabbage (1 inch pieces)
- 1 cup large diced Onions
- 3 Medium Tomatoes (large diced)
- 3 large Garlic Cloves finely minced
- 7 cup Beef Broth
- 2 Celery Ribs (Slices)
- 1 large Yellow Bell Pepper (Med dice)
- Cayenne Pepper as needed (optional)
- 1.5 cup Sliced Carrots
- 1 (16 oz) Can Dark Red Beans (drained)
- 1.5 tsp Garlic powder
- 1.5 tsp Onion powder
- 1.5 tsp Sweet Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Dried thyme
- 1 large Bay leaf
- Salt & Pepper as needed
- 3 tbsp Tomato Paste
