This super easy bread requires no egg, no kneading and no oven! It couldn't be simpler and great for beginners or anyone that is just experimenting. You just need a skillet!
INGREDIENTS
- 2 1/4 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 tsp Yeast
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tspSugar
- 1 cup Lukewarm water
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
DIRECTIONS
- Mix the dry ingredients: flour, yeast, sugar, salt
- Add water and mix
- Cover and let the dough rise for an hour
- Grease the pan with olive oil
- Degas dough by rolling the dough with a spatula
- Sprinkle with flour and roll a few more times
- Put the dough in the pan
- Cover and let the dough rise for 30 minutes
- Cover and cook over low heat (20-25 min)
- Turn over and cook for another 5 minutes without the lid
