Flourless Moist Chocolate Cake

Flourless Chocolate Cake (pan size 15 x 10 in)

INGREDIENTS

• 1 cup dark chocolate
• 2 tbsp unsalted butter
• 2 tbsp milk
• 4 egg whites
• a pinch of salt
• 4 tbsp sugar
• 4 egg yolks
• 1 tsp vanilla extract

Bake at 170C/338F for about 20 minutes

Chocolate Cream Filling

• 1 cup + 2 tbsp chopped dak chocolate
• 1/3 cup heavy cream
• 1 1/4 cup cold heavy cream
• 2.5 tbsp sugar

Cocoa Syrup

• 1/3 cup hot water
• 1 tbsp cocoa powder
• 2 tbsp sugar

Mix to dissolve and let it cool down completely

Chocolate Glaze

• 1/2 cup cocoa powder
• 1/2 cup + 1 tbsp sugar
• 1/3 cupwater
• 1/3 cup heavy cream
• 1 tbsp gelatine powder
• 3 tbsp cold water to bloom gelatine
