Cooking Idea
- Pre-heat oven to 400F.
- Leave the skin on, cut it in to slices (Like Dani did in the video).
- Let it sit in salt for an hour.
- Rinse it off in cold water then season it with olive oil, black pepper, paprika, and curry powder.
- Let it roast in the oven at 400F for 30 minutes.
- The outside will became wonderfully crispy and golden brown and the inside creamy and luscious...almost like melted mozzarella!
- A few drops of lemon juice while it is still hot and you'll be in heaven!
