This is a no-bake, no-egg dessert that you can make in just 5 minutes, using simple ingredients that you probably already have in your kitchen.

INGREDIENTS

  •  Lemon juice - ½ cup (120 milliliters)
  •  Granulated sugar - ⅔ cup (120 grams) + ¼ cup (50 grams)
  •  Water - ⅓ cup (100 milliliters)
  •  Cornstarch - 3 tbsp. (30 grams)
  •  A pinch of turmeric
  •  Whipping cream - 1 cup (250 grams)

 

This recipe will make 4-6 servings, depending of the size of your glasses, but you can easily double or triple it if you want more (and you will, this mousse is irresistible!).
