Sausage balls made like cheddar bay biscuits. These will be a hit on your holiday appetizer table. They are so easy with only a few ingredients and you will have them mixed up and ready to serve in no time.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 box Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix with seasoning packet
  • 1 lb hot or mild sausage
  • 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese
  • 8 oz cheddar jack cheese

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Using an electric mixer is easier. Combine well.
  3. Using a small scoop or a one tablespoon spoon measure out sausage balls and roll a small amount of the sausage mixture into a ball. Place on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake 20-25 minutes.
  5. Serve with your favorite condiment.
