Ingredients
- 1 LB oxtail cleaned with lime and vinegar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1/2 maggi or chicken boullion
- 1 tsp adobo seasoning
- 1 tbsp minced ginger
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp thyme leaves
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 packets sazon (goya)
- 1/2 cup chopped tomato
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup red and green belle pepper chopped
- 1/3 cup green onion
