This fat burning elixir is one of my favorites in boosting metabolism while your body is in a restful state. The L-theanine in matcha tea affects the neurotransmitters in the brain to help you relax before bedtime, helping you to sleep more easily.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 Cup of Hot Water (Approx. 10 Ounces)
- 1 Teaspoon of Matcha Green Tea
- 1/4 Teaspoon of Ground Turmeric
- 1 Pinch of Black Pepper
- 1/4 Teaspoon of Ground Cardamom
- Few Dashes of Cayenne Pepper
- Juice of 1/4 of a Lemon
- Few Drizzles of Raw Organic Honey (Or Natural Sweetener...the honey doesn’t go in until all are already mixed together.)
