I first saw her on an MTV talent show hosted by Lisa Left Eye Lopez. She was awesome! I listen to all kinds of music, lean mostly towards har drock and blues, but this remains one of my favorite albums. I wish she had stayed in this sytle. Amazing voice you do not hear duplicated.

Aretha Franklin Meets Modern Times

Her voice sounds somewhat like Aretha Franklin but the music is more modern and more rock. If you like rock and you like Aretha you will like Anastacia. Her voice has that quality to it. I saw her on Graham Norton and to hear her talk you would have no clue she sings like that. A special treat.

You guys know fantasia from american idol? Well i heard fantasia and was looking for her on itunes. But i forgot her name and accidently typed in anastacia since i fantasia sounds like anastacia. Well i listened to anastacia and WOW on accident i had found someone WAAAAAY better that fantacia!!!!! I completly forgot about fantasia! WOOOHOOO! She is a GREAT singer rock on!

Anastacia's voice is vibrant and strong. She is constantly number one in Europe. Why not here? I bought this album from hearing her voice on a Twix commercial and I am glad I did.
