These pizza's could not be easier and taken less than 2 minutes. Single servings that'll make your belly happy.

We have two different methods.  Whether flat or mug style. 

A little tip for topping.  Diced veggies, mini pepperoni, diced pepperoni or the pre-cooked sausage crumbles. 

FLAT STYLE INGREDIENTS

  • 50g (1/3 cup) Self Raising Flour ( Check below for substitutes)
  • 30g (2 tbsp) Milk ( Depending on your flour you may need an additional 1/2 tsp of milk)

Roll out dough to 12-13cm(5 inches). It will be thin, but in the microwave it puffs up because of the self raising flour.

  • 1 tbsp seasoned Sauce
  • 2 tbsp of shredded Cheese ( You can add a little more if u like)

Self raising flour substitutes:

  • 50g (1/3 cup) all purpose flour + 1/2 tsp baking powder + pinch of salt

MUG STYLE INGREDIENTS

  • 4 Tbsp All-purpose Flour
  • 1/8 Tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/16 Tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 Pinch Salt
  • 3 Tablespoons Milk
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Pizza Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • Little Red Chili Pepper (Topping)
  • Little Black Olive (Topping)
  • 1/4 Tsp Dried Oregano
