If you’re a younger listener with healthier ears, this song is nearly impossible to listen to. The reverse snare comes with this gross high pitched ringing that I just can’t get around. The song is fairly well written and has nice direction. It feels more like a B-side to Astoria, but it’s certainly not a bad song. The mix, however, brings what would be a 4 star down to a 1 star. I actually got a headache from listening to this. I wouldn’t purchase this.

The first time I listened to this.. I was a bit skeptical. But after listening to it a few times, I absolutely LOVE IT!! It’s upbeat, fun, and positive! Im very excited to see where the boys go with the (possible) new song 😁 stop by Indiana soon guys!! 💜💜

Mtrench left me stunned with this one! Wasn’t expecting a new Mtrench song for an Xmas present! I love how it’s 80s inspired but is completely different from any song on Astoria! I feel if you took the instrumental out and slowed it down it would totally fit the vaporwave aesthetic. I can’t wait for the music video because it needs one and can’t wait for the new album! Thanks Mariana Trench for always being amazing! 💜💜💜

I loved Astoria and thought the numerous 80's references on that album were pretty clever and tastefully done, from Queen to Dire Straits to Kenny Loggins. But this song here is a bit too cliche, like they're trying to take every bad idea from that decade (starting with the cheesy title!) and somehow turning it all into one good number. Let's hope the new album isn't all like this. And please, please come back to Europe soon!!!
