Holiday Sprinkle Fudge
So easy and festive with only three ingredients! Perfect for a holiday party or gifting.

You'll need an 8x8 Parchment lined Pan

INGREDIENTS

  • 2x 11oz (312g) bags of White baking chips (or white chocolate or any chocolate) 
  • 1x 14oz (396g) can Sweetened Condensed Milk 
  • 1/4 cup Sprinkles (divided into 3tbs and 1tbs) 

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a bowl, add your baking chips and sweetened condensed milk. Microwave for 30 seconds, stir, 15 seconds, stir, and repeat until silky smooth. 
    • (If your chips want to seize up, add 1tbs shortening or veg oil). 
  2. Once well melted and smooth, add 3tbs of your sprinkles and mix well. 
  3. Pour out quickly into your 8x8 pan and smooth out as best you can. 
  4. Add the remaining 1 tbs sprinkles over the fudge and press down gently with your hand to make sure they stick to the fudge. 
  5. Refrigerate 2 hours. 
  6. Slice into desired sizes and serve.
