PRALINE CRACK
- 2 sticks/1 cup butter
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- Graham crackers
Preheat oven to 350. Line a cookie/baking sheet with parchment paper. Put down an even layer of graham crackers. In a pot on the stove, add the butter and brown sugar. Bring to a boil. Boil for 5 minutes stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Stir and pour over the crackers. Work quickly because it will start to set up. Sprinkle on chopped pecans. Spread evenly. Bake for 8-10 minutes. Let it sit on the counter to cool down and then put it in the fridge for a few hours to completely cool and set. Break apart.
PECAN PIE CRACK
- 2 sticks/1 cup butter
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 1/2-2 cups pecan halves
- Graham crackers
Preheat oven to 350. Line a cookie/baking sheet with parchment paper (or attempt to use a silicone jelly roll pan like I did lol). Place an even layer of graham crackers. In a pot on the stove, add the butter, vanilla, sugar and pecans. Bring to a boil. Boil for 5 minutes stirring constantly. Remove from heat and pour over crackers. Spread it out evenly. Bake for 8-10 minutes. Sit on the counter to cool and then refrigerate for several hours to cool completely and set. Break apart.
CHRISTMAS CRACK
- 2 sticks/1 cup butter
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 bag white chocolate chips
- Club or saltine crackers
- Sprinkles
Preheat oven to 350. Line a cookie/baking sheet with parchment paper. Layer on the crackers. In a pot on the stove, add the butter, brown sugar, vanilla and pecans. Bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and pour over crackers. Spread evenly. Bake for 8-10 minutes. Add the white chocolate chips and pop back in the oven for about 1 minute. Carefully spread the white chocolate over the caramel layer. Add sprinkles. Let cool on the counter and then put in the fridge for a few hours to set completely. Bread apart.
