These are so quick, easy and delicious. Perfect for gifting and holiday parties.

PRALINE CRACK

  • 2 sticks/1 cup butter
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • Graham crackers

Preheat oven to 350. Line a cookie/baking sheet with parchment paper. Put down an even layer of graham crackers. In a pot on the stove, add the butter and brown sugar. Bring to a boil. Boil for 5 minutes stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Stir and pour over the crackers. Work quickly because it will start to set up. Sprinkle on chopped pecans. Spread evenly. Bake for 8-10 minutes. Let it sit on the counter to cool down and then put it in the fridge for a few hours to completely cool and set. Break apart.
