Jerk Shrimp Rasta Pasta

This Jerk Shrimp recipe is a one skillet protein that utilizes pantry friendly ingredients to create a taste of the islands right in your own kitchen.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1- 1/2 Ib Colossal shrimp
  • 1/2 pack penne pasta shells 
  • 2 tbsp olive oil 
  • 1/2 green bell pepper,sliced
  • 1/2 red bell pepper, sliced 
  • 1/2 orange bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 stalks scallions-chopped
  • 3 cups Heavy cream
  • 4 tsp, Jerk seasoning (divided) 
  • 2 tbsp green seasoning (divided) 
  • 2 tsp garlic powder ( 1 tsp for the shrimp) 
  • 2 tsp onion powder ( 1 tsp for the shrimp) 
  • 2 tsp paprika powder
  • 1 packet Sazon seasoning 
  • 1 1/2 tsp old bay seasoning  ( 1/2 tsp for the shrimp) 
  • Pinch of black pepper and salt to taste if needed
