- 1 can butter beans + 2 tbsp bean liquid
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1 onion, finely diced
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 2 cloves garlic, pressed
- pinch cayenne pepper
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- "a little" parsley (2-3tbsp)
