INGREDIENTS
- 3 cups Self rising flour
- 1 3/4 Cup Vanilla Yogurt
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat your oven to 375.
- In a bowl mix your ingredients.
- Line your loaf pan with parchment paper.
- Put your mixture into the loaf pan
- Bake for 35-40 minutes.
- Check your bread halfway through. If it looks like the top is cooking too fast your can put a piece of parchment paper or foil over it and continue cooking.
- Test your bread at about 35 minutes with a skewer. If it comes out clean you are ready. Take it out and let it cool.
PLEASE NOTE: DO NOT use Greek Yogurt. It won't be the same.
