Quick 2 Ingredient Bread

You can literally have a loaf of sandwich bread in 45 minutes flat. With just two ingredients there is no kneading, no yeast and no machine. Just mix and bake!

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 cups Self rising flour
  • 1 3/4 Cup Vanilla Yogurt

DIRECTIONS

  • Preheat your oven to 375.
  • In a bowl mix your ingredients.
  • Line your loaf pan with parchment paper.
  • Put your mixture into the loaf pan
  • Bake for 35-40 minutes.
  • Check your bread halfway through.  If it looks like the top is cooking too fast your can put a piece of parchment paper or foil over it and continue cooking.
  • Test your bread at about 35 minutes with a skewer.  If it comes out clean you are ready.  Take it out and let it cool.

 

PLEASE NOTE: DO NOT use Greek Yogurt. It won't be the same.
