Crab Stuffed Deviled Eggs

A unique take on an old classic. Deviled Eggs. This recipe is similar to one I make myself and are always a party hit. Who doesn't like spicy crab!

INGREDIENTS

  • 8 Eggs hard boiled
  • 8 ounces Crab Meat
  • 1 stalk Celery, diced
  • 1 Spring Onion, diced
  • 4 Tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp Sour Cream
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Creole Kick
  • 1 tsp Dijon Mustard (I used Creole Mustard)
  • 1 Tbsp Relish
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
