- 1 pound Portuguese Sausage (Linguiça)
- ½ pound Salt Pork
- 2 onions Chopped
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 2 Tomatoes (Peeled/seeded/chopped)
- 8 cloves Garlic crushed
- 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 2 or 3 Bay leaves
